Rental & Return Policy
Rental Policy for Damaged, Missing & Returned Items
Thank you for choosing our rental services. To ensure all items remain in excellent condition for every client, please carefully review the following rental policies.
1. Responsibility of the Renter
The renter is fully responsible for all rented items from the time of pickup/delivery until the items are returned and inspected.
The renter agrees to:

Handle all rental items with care

Keep items protected from damage, theft, weather, stains, wax, smoke, pets, and improper use

Return all items on the agreed return date and time
2. Damaged Items
Any item returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear will result in additional charges.
Damage includes but is not limited to:

Broken items
-
Torn fabrics or linens
-
Burn marks or candle wax damage
-
Stains that cannot be removed
-
Missing parts or accessories
-
Water damage
-
Paint, glue, tape, or chemical damage
-
Excessive dirt requiring deep cleaning
Charges may include:

Cleaning fees
-
Repair costs
-
Full replacement value if the item cannot be repaired
Replacement costs are determined by the current market value of the item.
3. Missing or Lost Items
Any missing, lost, or stolen rental items will be charged to the renter at full replacement cost. This includes:

Decor pieces
-
Linens
-
Backdrops
-
Balloon stands
-
Table decor
-
Chargers
-
Centerpieces
-
Artificial flowers
-
Rental accessories
No security deposit will be refunded until all items are returned and inspected.
4. Late Returns
All items must be returned on the agreed date and time stated in the rental agreement. Late returns may result in:

Additional daily rental fees
-
Loss of future booking privileges
-
Extra labor or transportation fees if pickup is required
5. Cleaning Policy
Items must be returned in reasonably clean conditions. Please:

Remove food, garbage, tape, and decorations
-
Empty all containers before return
-
Fold linens if requested
Do not wash linens unless instructed. Excessively dirty items may incur cleaning charges.
6. Outdoor Use
Items used outdoors must be protected from:

Rain
-
Mud
-
Wind damage
-
Grass stains
-
Excessive sunlight/heat
The renter assumes full responsibility for outdoor-related damages.
7. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required for rentals.
The deposit will be:

Refunded after all items are returned and inspected

Deducted partially or fully if damages, missing items, or late fees apply
8. Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed

Date changes are subject to availability
-
Last-minute cancellations may result in partial or full loss of payment
A rental agreement will be provided for review and your signature.
